BIM based construction templates bridge the gap between virtual design and the built environment.

Currently in R&D, with a working prototype, we are seeking developers and builders who want to spring into 2021 with new layout technology that greatly enhances speed, repeatability, and accuracy while helping builders avoid expensive delays and rework.

We can place any text, tags, or information from your BIM model directly onto the templates with up to 320 DPI resolution. We use total station accuracy.

All the required technology is in place, with the right partners we can be ready to do installs or ship templates within 30 days notice.

We are looking for partners and projects to do case studies in the following areas:

• Multi Family Stick Frame
• Production Builder Models
• Commercial Construction Mid/ High Rise
• Luxury Residential Mid/ High Rise Construction
• Any layout problem solving – we love a challenge
